Special copper oxide for copper chrome black
Copper chrome black is a spinel metal oxide mixed phase black inorganic pigment, widely used in various high-grade coatings, high temperature plastics, building materials, glass, ceramics and other fields. Copper chrome black is generally produced by high temperature solid phase reaction of copper oxide and chromium oxide at 900 ℃. Therefore, the crystal structure of copper oxide, particle fineness, impurities (including soluble and insoluble) content have a great influence on the color of copper chrome black, respectively, as follows:
1. the fineness of copper oxide particles: In the production process of copper chrome black, the copper oxide and other raw materials are first mixed evenly, so the particle fineness determines the mixing time and uniformity.
